Henry provides a warm, supportive, and collaborative environment to help people achieve greater quality of life. He works with adults and children aged 12+, offering therapy for a range of different problems. He works with complex trauma-related issues, depression, anxiety, OCD, phobias, substance use, insomnia, health problems (e.g, chronic or persistent pain), personality disorders, and other problems which can interfere with life such as procrastination and assertiveness difficulties.
Book NowHenry applies evidence-based treatments, drawing on Cognitive Behavioural Therapies (CBT) such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Schema Therapy (ST). Henry is also trained in Eye Movement Desensitation and Reprocessing (EMDR).
He enjoys using his creativity to make therapy more engaging and to improve outcomes. Henry also works as a Clinical Psychologist at Fiona Stanley Hospital. He is an active researcher in areas of psychological science and an occasional Lecturer at the University of Western Australia.
Henry completed a Master of Clinical Psychology at the University of Western Australia (UWA) and a joint PhD with UWA & The University of Amsterdam. He has 3000+ hours of experience across both private and public health settings.
